Xiamen University Education Foundation of North America is a non-profit organization founded in California in 2009. The main purpose of the Foundation is to promote educational and scientific research exchange programs between Xiamen University and universities and research institutes in North America. It is organized exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. The Foundation is approved by IRS as a Tax-Exempt organization.
