Xiamen University Education Foundation of North America is a non-profit organization founded in California in 2009. The purposes of the Foundation are to promote educational and culture exchange programs between Xiamen University and universities in North America and to foster better understanding and engender friendly relations between the Chinese people and the people of North America. The Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. The Foundation is approved by IRS as a Tax-Exempt organization.
